Is there really a free plan?
Yes, our Free plan is completely free forever with up to 50 orders per day. No credit card required. You can upgrade to Pro anytime if you need more features.
What hardware do I need?
Just a smartphone or tablet. Optionally, you can add a Bluetooth thermal printer (around Rs 2,500) for printing bills and KOTs. No expensive POS machine needed.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to new features. When you downgrade, changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Is GST billing included in the Free plan?
GST billing with CGST/SGST breakdown is available in the Pro and Enterprise plans. The Free plan includes basic billing without GST breakdowns.
Do you charge any commission on orders?
No, OrderKaro never charges commission on your orders. Unlike delivery platforms that take 25-30%, you keep 100% of your revenue. You only pay the monthly subscription fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking for subscription payments. For your customers, OrderKaro supports UPI QR code payments with exact order amounts.
